Healthy pineapple ๐Ÿ sorbet!!


When you want to cool off on a hot day, or you want a healthy dessert option that's light and refreshing a sorbet is a perfect choice. It's easy to prepare too- seriously ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณyou throw pretty much all the ingredients into the blender.......

Ingredients:

1 ripe pineapple ๐Ÿ

125ml coconut ๐ŸŒด water

1 tsp grated ginger

Lime juice ๐Ÿ‹


Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture into airtight container (pic 2) and freeze for 1-2 hours โฑRemove the sorbet from freezer and blend it again. Freeze overnight. Serve with almond or toasted coconut.

It's a perfect mix of tangy and sweet. you can also try watermelon ๐Ÿ‰ sorbet and other flavors.....so say bye bye to magnums and Baskin-Robbins, sorbet is here to rule๐ŸŽ–
